More Return Info

There are step-by-step directions on the "Thank-You" note we enclosed with your order. Just fill it out, enclose it in the box along with the merchandise you wish to return and send it back to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. All requests will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days upon receipt of your package at our store in Ashley, IN. Click here for a printable Thank-You/Return form.

If you don't have your original paperwork:

Simply grab a piece of paper and write down at least one of the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your customer number
  • Your name and complete address

If exchanging, please note the following:

  • Items you would like to exchange
  • Reason for exchange
  • Any additional items you may want to purchase (if purchasing additional items please enclose check or credit card information)

If returning, please note the reason for the return.

Once you have this information filled out, put it in the box along with the item(s) to be returned and ship them to us at the address below.
