In Greek Mythology Atlas was the Titan who carried the Heavens on his shoulders. It only makes sense that Farmington would name their new, sturdy, fully machined aluminum riser after this being of legendary strength.

The Atlas 19" riser is CNC machined from T6 aluminum, a metal that has nearly twice the tensile strength of standard 7075 aluminum. The ILF limb fittings make it compatible with any ILF limbs. Features a standard grip. Has a radiused shelf cut 3/16" past center. Does not include rest and plate. Features dual stabilizer bushings and dual plunger holes.

The ILF limb pockets are adjustable for positive limb alignment. Optional brass weights can also be added to the limb pockets for increased stability.

Riser sock, product guide, two tiller adjustment bolts, two tiller locking bolts, two 5mm Allen wrenches, one 3mm Allen wrench, and removeable grip included.

Weighs approximately 2 lbs 8 oz. Available in right or left handed in Anodized Matte Black, Muddy Brown, or Hunter Green. Please specify.

ILF stands for "International Limb Fitting." The ILF system has been widely used since its development in the mid-1980s because of its capacity for fine-tuning, as well as its adaptability. You can swap out different pull weights, lengths, and styles of limbs on the riser quickly and easily due to the no-tools assembly. You can even mix and match sets of limbs and risers from different manufacturers, as long as they are ILF compatible.

Choose from a left or right hand bow (choose based on what hand you Draw the bow string with), and bow weight at a 28" draw length. Remember that with a traditional bow the weight will change depending upon what your draw length is. Bow weight will change approximately ±2½ pounds for every inch from a bows rated draw length. So abow rated 45# @ 28" bow is roughly a 42½# @ 27" or 47½# @ 29". Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard.

Bow stringer not included. A bow stringer is recommended for stringing any recurve bow or longbow. Stringing a bow without a bow stringer, or stringing it backwards will void a bow's warranty. Click here to see our Bow Stringers. It is recommended to unstring your bow if you do not plan to be shooting more than week. Store your bow on its side, or hanging vertically from a peg. Never rest the bow on the lower tip for extended periods of time. Never dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow).
