Black Shadow 48" Korean Traditional Bow

Combining graceful curves with exponential power, the Black Shadow Korean traditional bow boasts maximum stability despite its compact 48" tip-to-tip length. It features a smooth draw extending to 31", complemented by a matte finish for a distinct and elegant appearance suitable for bow hunting.

The Black Shadow is constructed of black fiberglass surrounding a carbon and hard Maple core. The suede leather grip and removable arrow rest offer excellent comfort for the shooter. The tips and the riser are accented with black leather.

Remember that with a traditional bow the weight will change depending upon what your draw length is. Bow weight will change approximately ±2-½ pounds for every inch from a bow's rated draw length. So a bow rated 45# @ 31" bow is roughly a 42-½# @ 30" or 47-½# @ 32". Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard.

Bow stringer not included. A bow stringer is recommended for stringing any recurve bow or longbow. Stringing a bow without a bow stringer, or stringing it backwards will void a bow's warranty. Store your bow on its side, or hanging vertically from a peg.Never rest the bow on the lower tip for extended periods of time. Never dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow).
